Just a short entry to let everybody who isn't already aware that the meetings of the Alachua Needlers group have moved from Thursdays to Wednesdays. The starting time of 2:00 will remain the same. The reason behind the move is that Thursdays are a busy day at the library for programming already; meeting on Wednesdays will make it easier for staff to participate and be able to offer talks and demonstrations on special topics related to needlecrafting.
For those of you who aren't aware, the Alachua Needlers are a group that get together weekly to work on their individual needlecraft projects and socialize. While this is not a formal class, members are glad to help out anybody who may be struggling with their project or just want to learn something new. All needlecrafts are welcome.
