Provides monetary support to the Library District and also supports local literacy efforts. You can support the Friends of the Library by donating money, materials, or your time. All donations are used to directly serve this community.
Examples of how the Friends of the Library continues to support the Library District:
- Scholarships for Library Staff.
- Supplementing funding for library materials, programs, & services.
- Sponsoring the Annual Literacy Festival.
- Purchasing furniture and funding for library renovations in Alachua, Millhopper, and The Library Partnership.
