Chair Roy opened the meeting at 10:37 A.M.

I. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

Governor Delaney moved approval of the Agenda as circulated. The motion
carried 4-0 with Governor Chestnut out of the room.

Trustee Filer moved approval of the Agenda. The motion carried 5-0.

II. LONG RANGE FACILITIES AND SERVICE PLAN FOR FISCAL YEARS 2010
THROUGH 2015

Library Director Sol Hirsch presented the above item.

Commissioner Chestnut entered the room at 10:45 A.M.

Trustee Higman moved to approve the Long Range Facilities and Service Plan
and forward it to the Library District Governing Board. The motion carried 5-0.

III. CITIZEN COMMENT

There were no citizens present who wished to provide comments to either Board.

IV. ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 11:47 A.M.
