The Alachua County Library District Pension Board of Trustees met in regular session.

PRESENT:             Chair Mike Byerly, presiding, Vice-Chair Eileen Roy, Trustees
Scherwin Henry, Craig Lowe, and Lee Pinkoson

ABSENT:                    Trustee Paula M. DeLaney

ALSO PRESENT:     Library Director Sol Hirsch, Administrative Services Director Shaney T. Livingston, County Attorney David Wagner, Clerk J.K. Irby, Assistant Clerk/Finance Director Todd Hutchison, and Deputy Clerk Bob Decker 

The meeting was not televised.

Chair Byerly opened the meeting at 11:26 A.M.

Trustee Henry moved approval of the agenda. The motion carried 5-0.

III.       NEW BUSINESS

A.         Alachua County Library District Pension Trust Fund Investment Policy Statement

Staff Recommended Action: Approve the Employees' Pension Trust Fund Investment Policy Statement as presented, authorize the Pension Board of Trustees Chair to sign the Policy Statement, and approve a blended active/passive Manager approach to Pension Trust Fund Investments.

Library Director Sol Hirsch and Dan Johnson of Bogdahn Consulting, LLC presented the above item.

Trustee Chestnut moved to approve the Employees' Pension Trust Fund Investment Policy Statement as presented and authorize the Pension Board of Trustees Chair to sign the Policy Statement. The motion carried 5-0.
