Reserve a meeting room introduction

Meeting space is available at several library locations, and most rooms can be reserved online.

Please read the criteria at right, and then click the AGREE button below to continue to the room reservation system.

  • All meetings must be free and open to the public.
  • No attendance or entry fee may be charged.
  • Commercial sales and business promotions are prohibited.

Use of the meeting rooms/outdoor spaces is by reservation only and may only be made for one event per month. At all libraries, reservations can be made for up to two months following the current month. Unscheduled rooms may be used by the public on a first-come/first-served basis, as long as the use conforms to this policy.
