Reserve a Meeting Room

Meeting rooms are available at many of our branches for public use. By clicking AGREE below, you agree to the Meeting Room/Outdoor Spaces Use Agreement and have the authority to act on behalf of the organization identified in the reservation. You also agree to accept full responsibility for any damage to the facility. The following rules clarify use of available Library meeting rooms:
  • ANYONE may attend any event held in the library because our meeting room events are open to the public
  • The event will be advertised on the lobby publicity boards and will show up on Library calendar
  • If we find that the group excludes an "uninvited" member of the public, the group will be asked to leave immediately
  • Commercial sales and promotions of businesses are prohibited
  • Setting up and taking down chairs, tables or equipment is the responsibility of the user. Library staff is not available to assist in setting up or breaking down rooms
  • The rooms must be put back into order and cleaned by the end of the reserved time. Everyone must vacate the meeting room at Library closing time
  • Food and non-alcoholic beverages provided by the user may be served in the meeting room only and must be available to anyone in the meeting room
  • Available equipment is listed on the reservation form. It is the responsibility of the user to contact library staff to request this equipment
  • Children may not be left unsupervised
  • No balloons are allowed
  • One event per month per group is allowed
