Fall Friends of the Library Book Sale is Oct. 13-17

The fall Friends of the Library Book Sale, Oct. 13 to 17, offers great bargains on thousands of items in 60 categories including books, comics, manga, artwork, posters, DVDs, vinyl records and more.

Sunday, Oct. 14: 12-6 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 15: 12-6 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 16: 12-6 p.m.  1/2 price day
Wednesday, Oct. 17: 12-6 p.m. 10-cent day
All proceeds benefit the Alachua County Library District and local literacy programs.

Frank Gehry Pop-up bookThis fall's Collector’s Corner features some fantastic finds. Books on all topics and other collectibles including vinyl records. The books may be leather bound, signed, first editions, out of print, or published by small presses.  Larger sections are Art, Military History, Literature, Non-Fiction, Florida, Genealogy, Regional, Early Cookbooks, Natural History, Vintage Children’s Books, Pop-ups, and “Grandma’s Bookshelf”. 

On the second day the Collector’s Corner features collectibles such as: maps, vintage magazines and sheet music, post cards, stamps, ephemera and miscellaneous collectible items.  The Collector’s Corner is open for all the days of the sale except Wednesday, 10¢ day.
