Everyone needs energy to be able to run, jump, kick, and slide. Find out which snacks will give you the most energy when our IFAS friends share with you foods that are delicious, nutritious, and just right for a summer full of fun! 


July 13th 2:00  Aikido

Martial arts are a fun and healthy way to gain focus and build confidence. Do you have what it takes to learn the discipline and control of Aikido? Find out from the Masters.


July 20th 1:00  Traditional Asian Dance

Asian style dance is both entertaining and educational.  Drama, dance, and music combine in this traditional theater art form.


July 27th 2:00  Summer Zumba

Music and dance combine to create a fast-paced exercise that is sure to get your blood pumping and your heart pounding. Get into the rhythm of Zumba at the library.


August 2nd 2:00  Disc Golf

You’ve heard of golf. You’ve heard of throwing discs. But have you heard of disc golf? Come to the library and learn all about this fun and exciting sport as we wind up our Summer Reading Adventure.
