The Alachua Branch will be offering a sewing class series, “Sew Fleece” starting on January 18, for free! Whether you have some experience or no experience this is the sewing class for you.
We will get you started by showing you how to use a sewing machine and how to work with fleece fabric. Not interested in fleece? Not a problem! We will offer an alternative fabric and introduce you to quick and simple techniques to make a useful project in each session. It will be fun and you will be the envy of all your friends. Come give this experience a chance.
One time registration is required for the three class series: January 18, January 25, and February 1 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. We would love for you to come to each session but are willing to offer flexibility if you can only come to one session. Please give us advance notice if this is the case.
We will provide sewing tools and supplies. Or, if you have a machine sitting in the back of your closet, you may bring your own sewing machine and we will teach you how to use it.
You can register now online, or call: 386-462-2592
