BAM! POW! READ! Every Hero Has a Story

Your Archer Branch Library is donning capes and masks this summer! Come to explore all kinds of heroes during "Every Hero Has a Story!" for kids, "Unmasked" for Teen, and "Escape the Ordinary" for Adults starting Thursday, June 4, when you can register for the 2015 Summer Reading program at our Summer Reading Ice Cream Social program at 5:00 pm, and then read your way to prizes through the summer!

Here is how it works:

All ages are encouraged to register, and there are two ways you can sign up: you register in person at any of our 12 Branch Libraries in Alachua County or sign up on our library's website on or after June 4: Kids under 12, click here; Teens, click here; Adults: click here.

When you register at Archer Branch Library in person, you will receive an age-appropriate folder filled with reading incentives and coupons. If you sign up from home on your computer, you may pick up the folder at our library.

The Game Board is available to help kids and teens chart their reading progress, participate in fun activities, and win rewards and recognition.

All age groups are invited to Archer Branch library to ejoy the special programs from Community Heroes, Super Heroes, Masks around the world, Warriors Explorers & Spies to Magic Mike, Peter Pa Live, Professor Dodad's Lab, Balloons & Face Painting that available at the Archer Brach Library weekly and across the Library District throughout the summer.

Beginning American Sign Language class(all ages), Battle of the Books(teens), and teen Art Lab(teens & tweens) as series programs are also offered through out the summer. Please check the attached printable .pdf file for more program details at the end of this blog.
