December Adult Programs at the Archer Branch

As Florida "Winter" cools the air (we hope), drop by the library for fun and educational programs all month long! Here are the programs for adults for December. We also have Kid and Teen programs online too, and keep in mind that our online calendar is always the most up-to-date!

Tuesday, December 4 at 1:00 PM UF Health Street - Free blood pressure monitoring and other services.

Wednesday, December 5 at 10:30 AM Senior Movie Day - Join us for a movie before lunch at the Ollie May Robinson Senior Center.

Sunday, December 9 at 3:00 PM Grief Circle - Dealing with the loss of a loved one? Join us for a group grief share and learn how everyone grieves in different ways.

Wednesday, December 12 at 10:30 AM Jordan Glen School Presents "A Christmas Carol" - This production put on by students from Jordan Glen will be held at the Archer Community Center.

Wednesday, December 19 at 10:30 AM Senior Activity Day - Join us for a fun craft or activity at the Ollie May Robinson Senior Center

Thursday, December 27 at 3:00 PM North Central Florida Public Charter School - Get information about getting your high school diploma from a real high school with a program designed especially for "over-aged eighth graders".

Sunday, December 30 at 3:00 PM The Artisans' Club - This art club is just for adults! Make a beautiful craft every month!

*Also, join us for our weekly Stitchers' Circle, which is moving to a new day and time!

Don't Forget: All library branches will be closed December 24 and 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday, and will be closing early on December 31st at 5:00 PM for New Year's Eve. All branches will also be closed on January 1, New Year's Day. As always, keep an eye on our online calendar for any changes or updates! We can't wait to see you!
