It's time to get healthy in 2019 and the Archer Branch Library is here to help! Join us for an all-new fitness workout, PiYo! PiYo is Pilates and Yoga combined. This low-impact workout is designed for those just starting to work out. This class is taught by local Archer resident and certified instructor Kelly Nenezian.
Participants are recommended (not required) to dress in comfortable clothing and to bring a water bottle, towel, and yoga mat. PiYo will be held at the Archer Branch on the following dates:
