Harp music in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day March 15 at Headquarters

Come relax to the sound of the harp while Barb Kerkhoff plays beautiful Irish music in honor of St. Patrick’s Day at the Headquarters Library, Meeting Room A, on Sunday, March 15 from 2-3pm.

Barbara Kerkhoff is a versatile harpist who plays classical, traditional and popular music. She has been a freelance harpist since 1985.  At Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Barb studied harp with Jeanne Chalifoux, harpist with the National Symphony. After moving to Ohio, she studied with Joan Seymour, harpist with the Dayton Philharmonic. Her current mentor is internationally acclaimed harpist Jan Jennings. Barb plays for all occasions including weddings, receptions, parties, art gallery openings, retirement home performances, dinners and memorial services. She plays frequently at Haven Hospice.
