Sculpting with Air Dry Clay

If you love making crafts, then please join Zona Gale, artist and IT specialist, for Sculpting with Air Dry Clay. In this crafting session, you can learn and actually make lovely ornaments and even useful tools, such as Plates or a Wall Vase for flowers or greenery. The Wall Vase is created by making a flat circle, wrapping it into a funnel shape and then embellishing it. Using Air Dry Sculpting Clay and simple tools and textures, you can create a number of pretty items for the dresser, desk, or a gift basket. Paint with food color and assemble with glue. The glue provides a seal. These items are kid friendly and just in time for the Holidays. All the materials will be provided on the day.

Zona Gale has been creating Crafts and offering how to workshops  for twenty years. She currently works at Santa Fe College.

We will meet in the Headquarters Library Foundation Room at 10:30 am on Saturday, December 9.

This program is made possible thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Library.
