Stress Relaxation Through the Arts

We will be writing poetry on April 4, 2016 at 5:30pm in Meeting Room B at the Headquarters Branch. This event is in partnership with Arts in Medicine to showcase how creativity, in this case poetry writing, can help decrease stress. Part II of this event, will take place at the same location, on April 11, 2016 beginning at 5:30pm. This part of the event will focus on Zentangles.

Part I and part II of Stress Relaxation Through the Arts is free and open to the public. All anyone needs to bring is their creativity! Participants need not have attended part I to enage in part II.
