The Story of Food Waste

In his television show Parts Unknown, Anthony Boudain was the traveler who would take his viewers to interesting, and often unknown parts of the world and highlight not just the food but the culture as well. His commentary for his revealed a respectful honesty for the people and places he visited. His appreciation, although often irreverent, sincerely came through as he took his viewers around the world.
