Chef Bert Gill Talks Southern Flavor

Bert Gill, a pioneer in the local food movement, will share his bold recipes from Pickled, Fried, and Fresh: Bert Gill’s Southern Flavors. Gill will also demonstrate how to use local produce.

The cookbook is a collaboration with Erika Nelson and is the first compendium that blends North Central Florida’s abundant food availability into Southern cuisine.
