Nancy Nau Sullivan’s biography The Last Cadillac is both sad and humorous. Her depictions of her siblings pitted against herself and her father would turn anyone's hair white. But in the end, a move from the North, seemed a good thing for the whole family, who left the snow behind to enjoy the sunny Florida weather. This book covers events that most of us who grew up in the south have come in contact with. I really wanted to scream “MOVE FASTER!!!” at the book during the hurricane section.
So if you really like to “get into your book” join Nancy at Headquarters on February 19, 2017 at 2:30 pm in Meeting Room A for a great reading of her debut novel. You won’t be disappointed.
