One City, One Story Presents The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

Alachua County Library Book Club Event - Sunday, Aug. 25 at 5:30 pm at the Hipp Lower Level. Join in the discussion, facilitated by ACLD's Fiona Lama and the Hipp's Jesse Desrosiers, about the book The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon, which has been adapted into the first play of the Hippodrome's 2019-2020 season. Director for UF's Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD), Gregory Valcante will be in attendance. Food and Cash Bar. 

Unique: A New Theatrical Performance - Monday, Aug. 26 at 4:30 pm at Library Headquarters, Meeting Room A. Come take part in UUniquenique: a new theatrical piece about understanding others and how our differences unite us. Written and performed by local middle and high-school students as part of the Hippodrome's One City, One Story initiative, it is suitable for all ages.
