Come join teachers from Elder Options Community Outreach & Healthy Aging every Tuesday and Thursday for 12 weeks to help reduce chronic pain and risk from falls, and to improve balance, movement, and relaxation. **Pre-registration is required due to limited space and comfortable attire is highly recommended**
