Florida author Tim Dorsey brings his Clownfish Blues Book Tour to Waldo on September 22

The Alachua County Library District invites everyone to Florida author Tim Dorsey’s 2017 Clownfish Blues Book Tour on Friday, Sept. 22, at 6 p.m. at the Waldo Community Center, 13558 NE 148th Avenue, Waldo. Dorsey will talk about his twentieth Florida-set novel, Clownfish Blues, which places his two trademark characters on their wildest and funniest ride yet. Follow the Serge A. Storm brewing for a cabal of bad guys gaming the Florida state lottery.

Meet Tim Dorsey and learn more about his Florida travels and other books – Coconut Cowboy, Shark Skin Suite, Tiger Shrimp Tango, Triggerfish Twist, Riptide Ultra-Glide, Stingray Shuffle... Dorsey, who lives in Tampa, is well-known for his series of Florida crime capers written in a style reminiscent of Dave Barry or Carl Hiaasen.

Dorsey will have multiple book titles, hats and t-shirts available for sale and signing. He will also sign copies of books people bring from home. This free event, is open to everyone.
