Relax and Get Fit with Yoga

YogaIf you're looking for a nice relaxation point in the middle of your day, why not try yoga? Lunch-Break Yoga, taught by Kate Motto, will be held every Monday from 12:00-12:45pm in Meeting Room A at the Headquarters library. The class is beginner friendly and is open to all levels of experience. A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a towel are recommended for this program.

Want even more yoga at the library? Join us for Amrit Yoga with Veda every Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm in Meeting Room A, also at the Headquarters library. This class is for everyone. A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a warm blanket are recommended for this class.

The library's catalog has a variety of book and DVD titles if you want to try yoga on your own or simply to learn more about this exercise.
