Be, Awake, Create, Relate: The four practices to mindfulness that we will engage to spark our creativity.
The Mindfulness Book Club will meet the second Thursday of each month from 12:30-1:30 p.m. beginning Sept. 12 at High Springs Branch.
Compared to The Artist's Way, we will read and explore the practices compiled in Be, Awake, Create: Mindful Practices to Spark Creativity over three meetings. The first practice we will explore is to Be, the second is Awake, the third is Create. Throughout the process, we will relate with one another the expansion of our awareness and how it affects our daily lives.
