Tai Chi for Memory

Dr. Paul Lam (with others) conducted a study that confirmed the positive impact that Tai Chi movements, breathing, social interactions, and emotional blance have upon memory and mental health. Dr. Lam was determined to create easy steps so the elderly and others like his mother would reap the benefits.  Pat Bettis, a Tai Chi instructor with Elder Options, will lead a four week Tai Chi for Memory class at High Springs Branch Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting June 4, from 2:30 pm to 3:30pm.  Registration is recommend
