The first day of school can be terrifying and while many of us still are unsure of what this school year will look like (which makes the situation all the more nerve wracking), we can read our children stories of other kids excelling and loving their first day of school. This will brighten their outlook and hopefully get rid of some of their nerves about starting school and making friends. Below are some of my recommendations that deal with the school bully, separation anxiety, the new people and friends they'll meet, and all the fun they will have at school.
