The Alachua County Library District is partnering with the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association to present Law in the Library: Get the Most Out of Medicaid on Monday, Sept. 18, 6 p.m. at the Headquarters Library, 401 E. University Avenue. Attorney Nancy Wright will cover what Medicaid offers, who is eligible, how to request services and where to complain if you disagree with a decision or can’t figure out how to navigate the system. Wright is a Gainesville attorney whose practice focuses primarily on Medicaid services for persons with disabilities and the elderly.
This presentation is free and open to the public. Registration is not required. During Law in the Library presentations experienced attorneys and professionals share their knowledge on a variety of pertinent legal issues. Helpful legal resources are also available online from the Library District’s Nolo’s small business essentials series and the WestLawNext (only available at Headquarters Library) and Gale Legal Forms.
