This community Yoga class is a 60 minute practice designed to help soothe the stiffness and aches that come from everyday life. The intention is to provide a safe and supportive environment to stretch the body while calming the mind. This student-centered class features a variety of poses and movements to improve flexibility, balance, physical comfort and peace of mind. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up and stretching and ends with several minutes of relaxation.
Yoga will occur every Thursday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm starting November 17, 2016. No class on Thanksgiving.
