Bodyweight for Beginners

Jake Thompson of Axis Training Studio will demonstrate how to use just your body weight to achieve maximum fitness on a minimal budget, and without wasting a lot of time.  He will also show modifications that make the exercises safe and appropriate for people of different ages and fitness levels.
