Introduction to Qigong for Increased Well-being

At Tower Road Branch on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 1:30-3:00pm Anne Young, Flowing Zen Certified Qigong Instructor, shows adults how Qigong can benefit them.

In this workshop adults will learn all they need to know to begin their path to better health, more energy and deeper relaxation. Remember, Qigong is also great for people who are not athletic or have some limits to mobility! Please wear clothes that are comfortable to move around in.

Per the National Qigong Association "Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent."
