Some simple changes can make a difference this year for a happier, healthier, and less stressful life.  Your library has lots of materials to help you keep your resolutions and some great programs for FREE!

Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 p.m.
January 7 - February 27
Meet one hour twice per week for 8 weeks to help reduce chronic pain and risk from falls,
and to improve balance, strength, flexibility, movement, and relaxation.

Cooking Tasty, Healthy Foods (demo)
Friday, January 17; 12:00 p.m.
The UF/IFAS Extension Family Nutrition Program will be
leading a cooking and nutrition demonstration!

Tools to Quit Tobacco
Saturday, January 18; 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

African American and Indigenous People Health Fair
Saturday, February 8; 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Come hear a variety of presenters and and health care workers about health concerns of African Americans and Indigenous People, including alternative and holistic health services.
