Summer at your Library Partnership is in full swing, and there's stuff for ALL ages (including grownups!)

What better way to spend your summer than hanging out at the Library Partnership! Start with signing up for the annual Summer at the Library program here or at any Alachua County Library District location, where you can complete discovery tracks, log your reading, and much more! Earn at least 12 badges this summer to be entered into a drawing to win a personal MAKERspace or art program. The Library Partnership has something for everyone this summer, including kids, teens, and adults. Get ready to blast off into the science of space. The Professor will sharing about the solar system, space travel, gravity, stars, and much more.

 

Summer at the Library - Fancy Birds and Parrots

US Parrots, North Florida's resource for parrot and bird information, will be bringing some of their favorite fine feathered friends to "show and tell" and possibly even some live performing.

 

Summer at the Library - The Wild Wonders Animal Show

Wild Wonders presents Whaaba! Whaaba! - A musical journey of discovery using animals from around the world.

 

Summer at the Library - Floridingers Go to Outerspace

Tuesday, July 30: 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Come to an exciting 3D reading of the FLORIDINGERS book series by author, Gordon Halleck and illustrator, Perdita Ross.

 

In addition to our many featured events this summer, the Library Partnership is still continuing to host our regular/weekly programs, including ARC Monday Morning Film Fest,  StorytimeBeading with Avalon BeadingMindfulness at the LibraryStudio Time,  Zumba, and Read with a Dog.
