OneClick & Zinio merged

Image for new RBdigital app replacing OneClickdigitalYou can now get digital audiobooks and magazines from Recorded Books in one app instead of two.  RBdigital combined OneClick eAudiobook and Zinio eMagazine collections, and updated their website all at once.  Here's what you can expect:

Just getting started?  Great timing!

If you've never created an account with OneClick for audiobooks or Zinio for magazines, you must first create an account online by going to our RB digital site.  After you create an account, you can download the RB digital app from iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon for your relevant Apple, Android, or Kindle Fire device.  This will give you access to our audiobook and magazine collections.  You will also have access to our Transparent Language* learning program with the same account.

OneClick app registered users will be prompted to upgrade their app to RB digital.  Your account remains the same.

Zinio for Libraries registered app users that also use the OneClick app for audiobooks may keep separate accounts for both services or use one of the two accounts for both services.  You will need to download the RB digital app and login with your Zinio account username or eMail.  If you don't have a OneClick account, your Zinio account will become your newly merged RB digital account, which will allow you to check out RB digital audiobooks.

You can download Zinio magazines directly to the RB digital app.  If you are a paid subscriber of Zinio magazines, you will have to use the RB digital app to get free magazines from our library's Zinio collection.

Direct customer support is available from RB digital over the phone or through their ticket system at the bottom of their page online.  You will also see tutorials for the updated program.

* Please note that if you have an account with us for Transparent Language, this should also be the same account you use for OneClick and now RB digital.
