Meditation

         Stressed about life? Stop by the Millhopper library for a meditation class and reach inner peace.

 

The purpose of the meditation classes is to help people to gain personal experience of inner peace, to overcome their daily problems, and to find real happiness in their hearts.

The class consists of guided meditations, talk and discussion and are suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced meditators.

Adults of all ages are welcome!

 

This class will be held on Wednesday, September 28th at 7pm.
