Feeling stressed out? Are you anxious all the time? Stop by the Millhopper Library and destress with Tai Chi.

 

This class meets twice a week for 8 weeks, pre-registration is required.

Adults of all ages are welcome.

 

Tai Chi schedule: 7/1, 7/6, 7/8, 7/13, 7/15, 7/20, 7/22, 7/27, 7/29.

Class begins at 1:00pm.
