Amrit Yoga with Veda at a new time

YogaStarting on January 3rd, Amrit Yoga with Veda has a new time! Amrit Yoga will now take place every Thursday at 6:00pm at the Headquarters Library. Through the teachings of yoga, learn how to bring calmness and skillful action into your life.
