This tax season, the IRS will no longer distribute printed tax instruction booklets to libraries, post offices and other traditional outlets.
Basic printed tax forms will still be available.

- File your taxes at the library with help from the AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) Tax-Aide Foundation and the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) programs.
