Aikido for Teens

Akido for Teens: Aikido is a non-aggressive form of self defense. Aikido of Gainesville will be offering self-defense instruction. This is a fun, energetic, and informative program in which the student is given the opportunity to learn techniques in Aikido from the perspective of both the attacker and defender. Casual comfortable dress is recommended.
