Gator Robotics is Coming to the Hawthorne, Headquarters and Micanopy libraries.

Hey Teens!  March 9th - 13th is Teen Tech Week!  Let's kick off the week with the Gator Robotics Team at 2 different locations!   How are robots designed and built?  Gator Robotics from the University of Florida will explain and give a demonstration with their robot, Otto, and share some amazing projects they are currently working on today.  They will also share what robotic technology means for our world today.

Gator Robotics is an organization that provides opportunities to gain experience in engineering through robotics.  They "encourage, inspire and assist students" in all areas of study "by giving them the opportunity to design, build and have fun with robots."

Where:  Hawthorne Branch Library
When:  Monday, March 9th at 3:30 PM

Where:  The Headquarters Library (Teen Space)
When:   Wednesday, March 11 at 5:00 PM

Where:  Micanopy Branch
When:   Sunday, March 15 at 2:00 PM
