Did you know that March 4-10 is TEEN TECH WEEK?! Well don't worry, we totally remembered, and we have loads of fun programs all across the district where teens and tweens can get their STEAM on, and build, create, and break stuff. The library has a WHOLE LOT of new toys and we're super excited to show them off!
To kick off this event, Headquarters Library is thrilled to be hosting the "City Lights" display, an interactive engineering project created by GRU and Eastside High School students. Come by on March 3, at 2pm for the presentation, or stop in any time the first two weeks of March to see this awesome recreation of Gainesville's power grid on the first floor in the youth area.
And as for the rest of the week, well, let's just say we're proud to claim that we will have no problem keeping you busy.
