Virtual Spring Teen Art Show

We were unable to have our usual Spring Teen Art Show and reception, but we still wanted to showcase our local teen's incredible talent. Like with all of the library's other programs, we decided to go virtual and our teens didn't disappoint. We recieved 50 pieces of artwork from teens all across the county. The artwork ranged from digital works, to drawings, to paintings, to sculptures, and much more.

Our faithful judges had a hard time narrowing down the winners, but they were up to the task. One of our judges, a local artist from the Gainesvile Fine Arts Association said this "It is a pleasure to be involved in this beautiful art show with very nice art pieces, so many pieces impressed me. I hope you all continue studying arts even if some were not prized here today. Art is a field that can take many, many years to master." Another of our judges said "All of these young artists should be proud of their work and talents, I urge you all to keep drawing, sculpting, painting, and photographing every day."

All the artwork can viewed at the bottom of this blog. Without further ado the winners are...
