Starting in June, our Zumba class is moving to Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM. Zumba is a fast-paced, dance-based, cardio exercise program that focuses mainly on Latin beats.
Is Zumba a little too fast for you? Try Tai Chi! Tai Chi is a low-impact Chinese martial arts routine that is focused on improving balance and bringing a sense of inner peace.
This class will only be offered for twelve weeks.
Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. starting June 17 and ending Sept. 4.
