BONUS RECIPE!

If you're looking for something really simple and quick to fix (for a cake), try this recipe for Chocolate Crazy Cake from the Sweet Little Bluebird blog. It uses ingredients that you most likely already have in your pantry (or can easily get) and it's vegan, too! The blog entry includes links to a few different variations, if chocolate isn't your thing. If you'd rather skip the  icing, it is perfectly good without it.
