Pick Up Seeds for October

Alachua County Library District continues to expand our list of available current services. We can now announce that all twelve of our library locations have seeds available for curbside checkout with the addition of Library Partnership to the Seed Library system!

With the addition of Library Partnership now every library location has a selection of seeds that can be planted immediately. Seeds are selected based on Working Food and IFAS planting calenders and our current supply. Due to browsing restrictions we are unable to offer specific varieties but please let your local seed librarian know what you’re looking for and we’ll see what we can do.

To request seeds call your closest library before you visit and let them know what kinds you'd like to check out. Some locations might take up to a day to process requests. When your seeds are ready park in your library's curb side pick up spot and call to let them know you're there. Staff will bring them out to you.
