Millhopper Branch partially closed starting May 3

Gainesville, Fla. – The Millhopper Branch will be partially closed starting Monday, May 3 for painting and recarpeting. The branch will only be open for holds pickup Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday 12-5 p.m. Browsing, computer appointments, and copier services will not be available for approximately four weeks.

Patrons are encouraged to pick up their holds from another location and return materials to other branches while the Millhopper Branch is undergoing refurbishments. Patrons can log into their online accounts, view their hold requests, and change the pickup location for any items. Browsing, computer appointments, and outside services will continue at all other library branches.

Patrons who wish to continue to pick up materials from Millhopper Branch will be able to do so at the meeting room entrance during the closure. Patrons will be able to walk in to pick up their materials and then exit the building.
