What'cha Planting APRIL Edition

Time to get the summer seeds in the ground!

You can now visit any one of our twelve library locations during browsing hours and check to see what's in stock in your local seed library. Check for easy to grow and productive beans, cucumbers, okra, roselle, or squash. You might find some eggplant if you're lucky, or try something new and give heat-tolerant Malabar spinach a shot this summer!

Happy Growing!

We have the Grow Gainesville Facebook Group to thank for their excellent local wisdom and experience. Our "what to plant list" has been recently updated from the Planting Guide for North Central Florida developed by Melissa DeSa of Working Food with input from the Grow Gainesville community. Thank you!
